Located in a hilly area, surrounded by a beautiful natural setting of woods, green landscapes, the house is a detached property consisting of three buildings surrounded by stone and brick. The property is located a few kilometers from the village of Montegabbione and near the Convento della Scarzuola, in an Umbrian area next to the border with southern Tuscany. From here you can reach many wonderful towns and the area of Lake Trasimeno.

Thanks to its location on the hill, from every corner of the property visitors can enjoy a beautiful view and absolute privacy.

The property is composed as follows:

Main house: about 350 square meter independent building, consisting of an entrance hall with large lounge and large kitchen, 4 bathrooms, 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and one single bedroom (located on the way to another bedroom). The main house can accommodate 11 people.

Next to the main house is another stone building where the owner lives on the ground floor. Upstairs is the Annex A: this is a comfortable and tastefully decorated apartment with terrace and entrance through the steps. It is composed of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. This house sleeps 6.

The rest of the property is completed by the Annex B, a charming little house on the ground floor. This house is very bright, ideal for 3 people and is composed of a double bedroom and a single bedroom. There is a bathroom and a kitchenette.


The entire property - including the main house and the two annexes - can host up to 20 people comfortably.

Outside there is a rustic shed room, 2 large solarium, and a swimming pool (12x6 meters). An outdoor barbecue is available.

Orvieto-Todi Itinerary

ORVIETO AND TODI, CITIES OF ART AND HIDDEN TREASURES

This area, on the west side of Umbria, holds in it two pearls of very high cultural attraction: Orvieto and Todi. The two towns, though belonging to two different provinces, are just thirty miles away, and each has its own peculiarities and traditions. Their two counties are divided by the Tiber River Park and the Lake Corbara, an area particularly attractive for its natural environment.

- Orvieto: a visit to the city on the cliff of tufa is a must, with its unique wonderful cathedral, the entire historic center, Palazzo del Popolo, San Patrizio well, Etruscan necropolis, Roman port of Pagliano, Orvieto Underground..

- Todi: cute historic center, Piazza del Popolo and the cathedral, the churches and the Sanctuary of Consolation, the Art Gallery, Museum of rural traditions.

- Allerona: located north of Orvieto, near the beautiful scenarios of the natural park of Villalba, La Selva di Meana (Villa Cahen) and the Elmo forest.

- Porano: cute little town, with the Etruscan tomb of Hescanas and the beautiful Villa Paolina.

- Montecastello of Vibio: one of the most beautiful towns in Italy (near Todi). We recommend a visit to its center and the world's smallest theater.

- Civitella del Lago: small scenic village, with its cute center and the original Ovo Pinto Museum (Painted eggs museum).
